A 35-year-old man comes to the office because of headaches and an abnormal MRI. He reports bilateral, nonpulsating, band like pressure headaches that have occurred 3 times a month for the past 2 years. They are moderate in severity, exacerbated by stress, and usually resolve with over the counter analgesics. He denies a history of head trauma. Neurologic exam is normal.
